Booking procedure -You can either fill out the booking form. We can be contacted by telephone or via email with any query or comment.
-We look into room availability and organize activities. Availability is confirmed within 48 hours at the latest either by email or fax and a detailed list of all your requirements regarding accommodation, food, activities etc., as well as the cost, method and payment date of the instalment is provided.
-You confirm your booking by paying a deposit. The full amount must be paid 41 days prior to your arrival date and the transaction slip must then be sent as proof of payment by email or by post.
-We then sent you the confirmation of payment and a voucher with details of the booking.
-You will need to print out and present the voucher upon arrival.

Therefore, for a booking made 41 days prior to the arrival date you will be asked to pay 25% of the booking as a deposit. In the event of a cancellation made 41 days prior to the arrival date you will forfeit the full deposit.
If you make a booking 40 days prior to your arrival date then you must pay the full amount of the booking. If you cancel 21 days prior to the arrival date you are will forfeit the full deposit, 25% of the booking. If you cancel your booking 21 days prior to your arrival date then you will lose the full amount of the booking. The same applies for no-shows.
If feel in greece is forced to cancel due to a force majeure then it is committed to providing you the services you requested on another date or must otherwise refund the full amount of the booking within a few days.
Method of payment Payment is made by direct bank transfer into a bank account provided when you contact feel in greece or by credit card (visa and master card) through a secure payment system.
feel in Greece is not liable for: -changes, delays or cancellations of scheduled transport services -difficulties which may arise as a result of a force majeure -loss of luggage, personal belongings and travel documents.
